It may be that Charleston is not where you see the Osprey for your event. That is OK because we will travel. Maybe to Savannah for St. Patrick’s Day, or to Hilton Head for a golf weekend. The Beaufort waterfront is great this time of year with local bed and breakfasts, great food and shopping. Of course a more extravagant destination may be to the Bahamas for the next ten days. While these sound fantastic and are not out of reach, our own backyard has so much to offer. A weekend at Capers or Bull Island with your family and friends can be so rewarding. Take a tent to the beach, grab your fishing rod and cast net. After you catch dinner, bring the team back to the Osprey where the Captain and Crew will prepare dinner and serve cocktails at sunset after you grab a hot shower while at anchor in the nearby inlet. The next morning, you guessed it, omelets, shrimp and grits and bisquits for breakfast and then we do it all over again.
